Hahah, bitmain I see that they are indeed quite give a less satisfying service for its users. It's look is still a lot of people who complain against the fast response that was given and they always complain against a system error. Maybe the admin Bitmain was busy real world so that its site was left alone

Everyone I've talked to said it took 7-10 days before they got a response from support.
Hopefully you hear back from them but I would see if you could find another way to contact them.
Maybe there is some sort of social media they check, or another email address you can find for the company?

You have already paid for the miners and the order says its shipped?
I think at this point you probably would not get a refund, unfortunately.
If they are brand new S9 miners maybe you can sell them without taking too much of a loss.

they do not answer for my support tickets. 5 days now,

I wanted to stop the shipment.

but they already shipped them.

I told them to stop the shipment before they ship it.

opened lots of tickets, and called them..

please answer to support ticket when you see this

They probably deliberate ignored you tickets so they could ship them. But unless you have a good reason to cancel your order they didn't do anything illegal.
On their product page it's stated that you can't just cancel an order.

What they did wrong was not to tell you upfront, which is typically bitmain behaviour

They won't be nice to customer they will have none left. It is not a crime but it is not good for them. Why did you order at bitmain ? It is known well to have support that is not good. You can not have trust with someone that is holding another thing and only later will you know. I don't know if you can cancel order if it is already there . Then what must be done with what is it you buy ? To ignore you is bad .

Well thats happening really but the bad thing really there is when you got some problem regarding to their service and when you reach them they didn't give you clear answer or just ignore you and thats terrificly bad really and i see some existing issue regarding to their service and i believe this is still not resolve since theres no answer from bitmain about his problem here check his scam accusation thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/dhl-shipping-issues-who-is-at-fault-need-advice-squall1066-vs-bitmain-1551817.

if they well continue to act like this well they cannot be trustworthy to have deal or buy at them.

True, Bitmain s got one of the worst support teams ever. When I used their cloud service, the average response time was 10 days, if they even would bother to respond.

This can be any reason due to weekend this may be delayed for reply or shipment already send ..because stop in tehy will bear loss and cost them sir so may be the don't want to stop the shipment ..

but i can ay they are quite old in this market so i don't think hey should reply atleast to state the status of the shipment

In most services it looks the same. They care only about product sales.
It depends on how you specified the reason for the resignation, but probably they just ignore your ticket. Now the only thing you can do is wait for the miner and resold it.

Do you send your support tickets after they shipped your goods? If so, there's nothing you can do. It's difficult to stop shipment if it's already shipped.

I think they just Ignored your tickets because they probably want to sell their mining equipments and don't like that someone cancel his order. or may be your tickets don't reach them(almost impossible) or they just didn't see them yet.
but if they shipped the product already then they can't cancel it. the only way is you don't receive the product when that come to your door. then it will re-ship to their address again. then they may refund you if they are legit..
