I have no idea but I've heard a few times here and there that India has got a lot of trouble in customs and duties in buying online.

Here is a fellow member from India who bought some s9 mining units and had a nightmare.
I suggest you carefully read what said and make your calculations. Asking for prices locally would also be better. He says he needed an IEC as well. Just be prepared before paying anything.

India has got very high taxes on all electronic items purchased from overseas and if customs come to know that your declared amount is not correct then they will simply hold on to the item until you contact them and pay the remaining tax amount. They want to encourage all made in India products so they are charging a very high taxes for these items. So you should be very careful before purchasing items from overseas from India.

Before issuance of ban on bitcoin exchanges, bitmain had no shipping problems.
If you are sure india was listed as supported country before, then probably bitmain has got restrictions on their sales.
I doubt your order may take longer time than usual or it may be kept in delay.
Wait for some time until their support team verifies they have no obstacles in shipping to your country.

Bro are you sure, there was many conflict when bitcoin has been banned in China. I have heard the bitmain official site is not produces and deliver the products in this time. Most of the people now buying antminer series miner in the ebay and Amazon now.

Yes, it's happened many times if the shipment out of the country as there's nothing you can do but contact their customer service.
Fortunately, you haven't purchase the S9 hardware, it's better than if you get shipment trouble in the future.
As China still crack down exchanges and cryptocurrency business may affected, including Bitmain mining pools, they may temporarily stop to produce, or you should wait next batch produced. After check Bitmain website, there's an announcement; Bitmain's Offices will be closed Oct. 1-8 in observance of Chinese National Day. Processing of repair, shipments and ticket responses will be delayed during that period.

Hello

I was going to order some s9s to India but i found that in check out page, India was not listed in the country tab. Did they stop shipping to India? cause i've seen posts in their forum about Indian people getting their products.
