I had a look on bitmain, and it was working for me, but they were writting that you should change the password , and that's what I did !
If you got an account there, you better check and change your password !

instructions for authenticator were not very clear.
did we have to unbundle first, then bundle?
i was confused, but then it seems to work itself out somehow.
never heard this term: bundle/unbundle.

I changed my password and I also added Google Authenticator authentication for additional security.

I got the same password reset message today too. I also got this email from Bitmain support, is it trustworthy? Is there any way that sending a wire transfer the total amount does not get sent?

I think you forget to mark that you have to pay all fees.
If you want to make a new wire transfer you have to pay the fee twice.

It is cheaper for you to make a BTC transfer to their wallet address.

I asked BITMAIN directly for the pasword change and got following message:

The security of one of our old servers was compromised. To protect your user information, we request that you change your password and also renew your two-factor authentication after deleting the previous one.
To further ensure your privacy, we highly recommend that you change the password of any other account on the internet that also uses the same password as your Bitmain account.
We are investigating the situation and are taking measures to further strengthen the security of all user accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

Best regards,
Sarah

Yeah no alerts online or anywhere I could find but once you sign in they force you to reset your password and if activated, your 2FA key.

I'm wondering if they have had some sort of compromise they haven't alerted the public to.

Funny they don't ask you to confirm these changes via e-mail either.

I got an email telling me

 Dear users
Because one of our old server has been compromised, part of important account security information has been leaked (includes: properly encrypted password, user email, user phone, etc). Even through the encryption is very strong, we still strongly recommend you change your account password AND google auth.
As for now, a thorough investigation and evaluation was carried out, the core service systems have been checked carefully one by one, no more threat was found. Your account still remains safe after this update.
Any other accounts use the same password should also be updated.
       We apologize for the inconvenience.

by the way  when I tried to do it I was not able to change password  I am locked out at the moment well at least I only have about 5-6 ltc worth of l3

Guess their e-mail is lagging, I didn't get one for sure.

Thanks for sharing.

..That's weird you couldn't change it, it let me update mine.

Makes me wonder if security questions were compromised as well.

I got in on a different pc and made the change of password.

not much in the account 21 mh of L3 and around .3 ltc
