Im a bit concerned and was thinking about finding another repair center maybe in Europe but I don't know if it exists.
If you have any clues do not hesitate.
Cheers Mate!

Why not try to contact zeusbtc and maybe they can be able to help you or check this link below and look for a repair center near you.

Hello,

only for info:

This comes back from bitmain after repair - S19 PRO , hashboard stop working after 1day.
Repair process in bitmain is very bad, they dont have good repair tools and skills.

1. Missing current/cooling plates on PCB ways
2. burned PCB
3. Insulation sheet was cutting off, heatsink is not
4. very low thermal conducting paste

Here are pictures:

Hello Guys,

I have a control board issue with my Antminer L7 and after discussion Bitmain told me to send back the miner to China.
Its the first time I come along with the process to send back a miner to China and I have some doubts :

After Bitmain repair and send me back the miner will I have to pay again for customs taxes when they return it to me?
If yes, how to avoid the payment of taxes again?
What do you advise me in your experience to make the shipping secure and to avoid stealing and/or damages during shipping process?

Thanks in advance for your precious help guys !

It's been a long time since I've sent anything to Bitmain for repair, but the last time I did it there were no issues.  I'm sure they have a pretty good process setup by this point.  The only concern I would have (so long as you follow all the instructions) is how much shipping is going to cost you, as it isn't always cheap sending things around the world.  There used to be a service in Colorado that would do repairs for cheap and it actually turned out to be faster and cheaper than sending to Bitmain, so I used them quite a bit.  Not sure if they're still around but I imagine that there are certified Bitmain repair companies in the US.  I don't think you'd have to worry about customs for a repair job, but if you're worried about that, finding a repair company in the US would alleviate that concern as well.

Thank you very much! The miner is in EUROPE by the way I forgot to mention it.
I think you are right yes, actually I still don't know how much would be the cost for shipping this miner from EUROPE to CHINA by UPS....im quite afraid LOL
I will let you know soon!
Thanks mate
