What's an acceptable price range for a new miner of the same TH/s?

That's based on your personal opinion I suppose? Just double-checking on the subject because the price is right about "fair", here an updated list from one of my suppliers in China.

it is extremely unlikely to find cheaper prices than the list above, of course, there should a bit of variance between resellers based on the quality of the miners and the quantity,
I would most certainly not pay that much for such gear, but it's what it's, 10.5k for second-hand S19 is right about "fair" based on the current market conditions which are mainly driven by greed and newbies jumping into the game at the worst time ever IMO.
