This raffle will be a little different we have had request to charge a small fee for tickets to cut down on multiple spam accounts from getting increased odds.
We are charging 0.50 USD or about 0.002 BTC per ticket to help cut down the spam accounts but we will allow multiple tickets each member can buy up to 50 tickets.
