Hello,

I just found out that my 68.44 btc on bitmarket.eu are "frozen".
Right now, thats about 890 Euros. A lot of money - at least for me!
Nobody told me nothing, not a single email, just a Link to a Forum
in which I can not write anything. Thats a bit poor...

A few days ago I sended an email to bitmarket.eu admin and have no
response.

So please, can someone explain me what happend with my money?
Will I get it back? Why is there no information on Twitter or bitmarket.eu.
Can someone give me writing-rights at bitmarket.eu-Forum!?
How can I contact with the owners of bitmarket.eu?

Thanks for any information!

Hello and thank you for your contribution to this. All ideas at this time are welcome. All of them sound feasible, but I don't think I would be able to pass control of hot wallets to anyone without resigning of admin duty at all - it's just impossible for me  not to have access to hot wallet and at the same time be the site admin, managing the server, etc. Cold storage, on the other way, is feasible to implement this way, but at the moment there is no cold storage to manage.

Apparently I'm not allowed to post in the main bitmarket.eu thread, so I've posted my contribution to the site's support board instead:
https://getsatisfaction.com/bitmarket/topics/a_possible_way_forward

I was fortunate enough to not have any coins in the site at the moment of failure, having got my last withdrawals processed, but the site had seemed the most convenient way to turn relatively small numbers of bitcoins back into normal currency, without incurring international bank transfer fees... so it would be nice to have it back in some form, with management who can be trusted... and I expect I would donate some of the coins that might otherwise have been frozen if a credible way forward is implemented.
