As I know, bitmedia.io have an official account and ANN thread here. So, probably all questions and doubts you can ask there.
I find it for all of you necroposters BitMedia.IO ★ Bitcoin Advertising Platform - Official Thread
though I still do not see the purpose of awakening this topic. I hope you are all well and there are no consequences from the actual pandemic.

Currently I use a lot without any problem although the money goes quickly a 5 minutes after customer service is really poor even their profile pictures. What did you add in your pub? did you try to abuse? read the terms of use before.

I don't work for Bitmedia.
This topic was created on 2016 and after creating a new account you bumped this in 2020.

Isn't it quite interesting?

I've already been with Bitmedia for 4 years and It's not true that they are a scam.
I've been always paid and I am still paid. They don't pay for bot traffic. Maybe for that reason, you were blocked and couldn't withdraw your funds
Its interesting to see someone like you who just created a new account and started to defend others in Bitmedia related topics. Within last 2 days you have made 2 posts and both of them are on Bitmedia related topics.

Do you have any connection with Bitmedia team? If yes, then i am not seeing anything wrong to give proper explanation on be half of them.

Bitmedia.io turned scam.

They should not pay for the blocked account and sent the following email:

We regret to inform you that your account has been blocked due to the mismatch of the quality of your traffic to our requirements.

BitMedia.IO aims to provide the high quality of traffic and that is why we thoroughly choose and check our web sites.

Unfortunately our support team will not be able to give the exact reason of blocking and the decision is final and not subject to any reconsiderations.
The specifications are described in partner agreement.
The possible reason of the block may have been a huge amount of fraud clicks or any other violation of our terms.
Your funds were debited and credited back to advertisers.

I think their support or customer service is bad but they don't seem to be scam. If they blocked your earnings it means your earnings were from bad sources, maybe your site quality traffic is low or many of your visitors are visiting using proxy or bad IPs and clicking on their ads.

90% of the clicks of my site comes from Russia and Ukraine, I live in Brazil. How will I track clicks from other countries?

you can add feedjit tracker to track world wide visitors, and bitmedia.io also shows the clicks itself, if you are only seeing clicks from russia and ukrain it means you don't have clicks from other countries.. but for this reason bitmedia.io won't block you.. and I also don't think bitmedia is scam, but I am not vouching for bitmedia. everything can happen, so be careful

Just because Adsense accepted your website , doesn't mean that Bitmedia.io should too and I personally don't see any valid proof that they scammed you.
It says that the funds are credited back to advertisers which means they didn't the funds to themselves.

It's more then likely that you should violated their rules  as you can see on their website https://bitmedia.io/publisher-terms :
Quote
Publishers that systematically violate the rules of advertisement publication and submission of applications may be blocked by the Administration.

Saying is one thing, doing is another. They take seven days to make the payment. Who ensures that actually return to the advertiser after this time?

I did not violate any rules
