Ours are - mildly expressed - not very good.

We account for our David vs. Goliath-ordeal here (different from the original David vs. Goliath story though, this time Goliath wins):

Do any of you guys have any similar experiences? Any mistreatments? Or is it just us and Tone Vays that have been unlucky? Smiley

Looking forward to hearing about your experiences!

All the best,

Guys, I'm not defending Bitmex as their support seems to be a complete mess.
But it's your fault to speculate like that about US customers. You should know it better (after 350 reviews). Everybody knows that using VPN you could easily bypass the restriction, but you shouldn't speculate about it.

Thanks masterzino for your post. While we definitely would have done things differently now (with the benefit of hindsight), we thought that we were on the safe side there with our wording. Most exchanges stipulate very clearly that certain jurisdictions are prohibited. BitMEX does it now as well, but at the time of writing the review (April 2018), it wasn't as clear on their website. Anyway, hope you thought the read was interesting! Smiley
