How can I contact the licence providers.
My account was approved 2 years I opened a smooth transaction.

They're an off-shore company incorporated in Seychelles which is pretty much for formalities only because it's pretty easy to incorporate there that even scammers have it.

I can only suggest making noise in as many crypto communities as you can since Bitmex should still let you withdraw. Try to make your post brief but detailed enough for people to get the whole thing and catchy. I would start in their subreddit, see: https://www.reddit.com/r/BitMEX/

I used Bitmexy last year and the exchange worked fine, I using it because there was no other alternative exchange at that time. However, I do believe they not gonna freeze the account without reason unless you are breaking their Term of Service or they did it because there is something fishy in their exchange.

Tho before we made all the speculation about Bitmex you should email them back about what is going on!

Unfortunately, this is a common practice among online businesses. They close your account and seize your money but will never tell you the exact reason why they did so. They will just tell you you violated their terms and refer you to their ToS page and there isn't much you can do about it.
None of us here can know if you really did breach the terms or no, so we can't comment on that. But what is unacceptable is seizing your money. Even if you are at fault, they can close your account but they should let you withdraw your money.

Bitmex is based in the Seychelles[1], exchange licenses are generally usually issued by local financial services regulatory agencies. But, I think it doesn't help much, and is too complicated.
Your problem is the subject of a legal dispute that requires court resolution, it could be that bitmex has a valid reason why your account was terminated. The license won't be revoked that simply.
You're better off contacting a lawyer if your money is large enough.

Try to open a complaint openly on their social media such as on reddit, usually support will respond faster. For clear violations they sometimes end up with such short explanations.

On the other hand, (hoping for your honesty) what do you think the terms you violated, restricted countries, fake KYC, service abuse, exploits or something else?

No, there's no violation.
If there are, it's better if they explain it.

This is the danger of using centralized services since they can close your account without giving a decent explanation. They will just continue to ignore until you get tired. There’s a lot of case like this and probably they saw something on your account that violated their ToS such as abuse on certain promotion.

Don’t expect to get any explanation to them because a service like this usually don’t care about you since you are not a customer anymore. Try to contact their license provider because that’s your only way to pursue any argument to them since you are already being ignored.

It's just too bad that Bitmex has no support here or active thread.

I see from the announcement that it would take up to six months for participants to conclude their KYC. Then OP did not understand to the reasons why he was blocked. Possibly OP did not read to understand why his or her account was blocked which would require a KYC before trading. So it would be on the best interest of OP to go do his or her KYC and wait for verification approval before coming here to complaining anything. This is more or less op  misleading us here and if you check out OP failed to present verifiable proofs to back up his or her claims. Until now op has not made any response from questions asked.

Op should provide proper detail and full proof that what actually happened from start to end full story otherwise it not easy to concludes any opinion. If OP passed kyc and didn't broke any rules like multiple registration then he should come here and send all proof.
Bitmex support team should reply and solve the issue. Even if someone do illegal work, you have to satisfy customer that why this issue happen. If they not responding that's mean There is a smell of deception from bitmex team too

Looking from the announcement, it is not up to complete 2 weeks since they made the announcement that their clients should do their KYC and it going to last for six months which would avail the opportunity for everyone to successfully complete providing their documents for verification. If you check possibly they might have blocked OP as a result of his or her ignorance with respect to their publication. Maybe OP tried trading or making withdrawals without doing his or her KYC which warranted them to block the account. You can see that OP has not been able to provide any additional evidence since then to prove his or her point.

At first did you do KYC before depositing on the exchange?
Initially. It was possible to create an account or multiple accounts on Bitmex and trade without every going through any sort of KYC verification. All one needed was to verify the email address, but on 28 August 2020, everything would completely change after announcing that every user would have to complete mandatory KYC verification on registering or before trading on the platform.

From the image you linked to us, Bitmex did say you breached their terms of service so there is a violation. Perhaps, you were truly at fault -- whether you did it knowingly or not. However, we don't know the specifics so it could go both ways really. CEx do rely on suspicions so I wouldn't be surpised if it's something dumb or a false positive.

In any case, it's unlikely that they will explain the cause throughly. With CEx's it's either they don't tell the specifics or give a vague reasoning which as user, I know, sucks. Most of these exchanges also have clause/s in their terms of service indicating they may not notify you the exact reason for cases like this.

So my advise is to focus your energy in getting your funds out. See if you could request to delete your personal data with them as well -- i know we have to rely on trust with this but it's better than nothing.

Did you register with VPN and after registration you forgot to use the VPN to continue login your account?

Possibly there must have been something wrong with your account because I do not see any reason why your account should be blocked just like that.

OP it would be nice and in my your own interest to provide concrete information and evidence to back up your claims as this chat you provided is not enough to justify this situation. There must have been a breach somewhere else that warranted this actions from this third party organisation because it would not be making any sense to closing am account without any strong and tangible reasons.

There could only be a few reasons why your account has been closed by them. It's either related to your orders as considered Spam Order/Account. That's one and another one could be the area of restriction. Honestly, I'm also curious as to why they've closed your account without giving you any reasons. Maybe they're going to remain intact and won't disclose a reason why you've been closed suddenly. Keep on emailing and contacting them through their various channels to alert them if you still have some money left there.

Guys, thank you all.
I haven't been answered for 9 days.
Yes, there's some money in the account.
They don't even tell me the reason for the closure.
When I ask why you closed it, I get no answer.

Bitmex closed my account and won't tell me why. It does not respond to e-mails, I am worried about my money.

It will be better if you can provide us with solid evidence on your claim,so that we can know where to start from. You shouldn't have left you coins in a centralized exchange because they are not to be trusted and your are not in control of your wallet anymore. Treat exchanges like a marketplace, where you go buy and sell and take your goods back home. You have learnt your lesson I'm a hard way. Not your keys not your coins. I know how you feel right now.

This screenshot is from 9 days ago. Why you're posting only now?
I think that this is not the only piece of the history but there are other emails and messages.... it would be much better (of course if you have a valid reason) share with us and provide all evidence.
in this manner we can provide some suggestions and try to understand what it can be the right solution for your issue.

Maybe you should make a much detailed scam accusation, including all the email exchanges between you and Bitmex support, how much is locked up in the account etc. Something tells me there is more to this ban, but only you and Bitmex know that. So help us understand what's happening.

What am I seeing??? This is bad, but you should have elaborated on it. How much do you have in the account and how fair are the transactions you made with it? "Not your key, Not your coin" has played again here, it's another lesson.

Regardless, if an exchange could lock an account without a due reason for doing so, then they are not worth using irrespective of their reason. I don't have an account with them, and you have given me another reason with the image provided not to have an account with them ever.

There are many other exchanges that you can use.

The problem is if they do not allow you to withdraw your money. Were you able to withdraw your coins or the account is empty?

Other exchanges that you can use with their trustscore: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges
