Is it normal for a stop market to not be triggered during manipulation on Bitmex? I emailed Bitmex and they said my stop loss was in the correct place but due to a delay in the system it was not filled and my order was liquidated. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
Unfortunately, you can't do anything. I had the same situation when I have been liquidated without triggering stop-loss, slippage was big but still triggered. Bitmex is an unregulated exchange and market need regulation either. Usually these things no happening if there no maintenance or anything like that on the line.
