2 hours to find the problem (SD card went bad and weird but works in a computer)
managed to install everything and get it working only to be locked out of the damn web interface (turns out firefox doesnt like it and took me an hour of searching before i randomly tried chrome which worked right away)
so incase anyone ever gets this issue and instead of having a mental break down trying to find the software, google as much as you want im pretty sure theres only a handful of people with back ups now and im lucky to have found in all the backups of backups i had 6TB later
