I think I may have the same problem. BitMinter client is clearly running, the stats are climbing, it's making the noises, and sending the expected output to the website. BUT the tachometers read 0 as does the display in the bottom line. But the log file occassionly gives the hash rate which is as expected (335.6 Mhps).

BitMinter Client v1.4.0 running on laptop with Windows XP SP3 with all updates. ASICMiner Block Erupter USB.

"low"? or "no hashrate" ?
The Java client on each machine shows 60-75Mhps..  so I would not expect to see "0" on the website.. or, am I misunderstanding what I should be seeing?

I'm not sure this is the issue since i'm not getting question marks, and i'm seeing the 0mhps with a fresh login...

Thank you..  I'm not seeing the question marks though..
So, even if the website session times out, the java client is still hashing right? Huh

Sure. The website is separate from mining.

If your session on the website times out the livestats will change to show question marks for your numbers, except the hashrate gauge which will drop to zero. I'll see if I can find a good solution for this in the future.

I have a worker that I use two machines on with the BitMinter Java client.  Usually the BitMinter website shows around 300Mhps, but sometimes it will say 0Mhps for extended periods while clients are running and connected..
Is this a glitch or issue with BitMinter, or am I not clicking a button right or something? Seems to be much voodoo in mining and I want to be sure i'm not missing a hex or a spell or something..
