It is being shut down my friend, they shut it on the 20th of december, but left the page open so you can withdraw any funds.

I could work on creating a bitmit alternative if there is sufficient interest. Not sure why they went out of business though? I heard they got bought but why would the buying company stop running the site?
I thought they had written that it was due to regulations. I'm not sure what kept it from being as popular as it might've gotten. It seems like it could've at least found a way to acquire those with small margins trying to get away from E-bay's greedy cut of the profit.
