We have updated our team on this( A modular design to modify/move and resize each part/tab separately...), I believe they will come up with something solid in regards to that.
For the News-topics, It was a backend problem. The developers have been informed of that.
About light mode is still on the pipeline.

We are paying attention to every suggestion you make towards this end.
