Everything on that platform is suspicious? The date of construction was in the year 2018, however, there is not a lot of information on it.
They say the law was regulated and they do not display the license number or any legal information.
Therefore, deal with them according to a rule, all platforms are scam unless they prove otherwise.

The company seems to be licensed and regulated, Swiss companies registry and their legal info at the footer matches.

I actually signup for their account 3 weeks ago and submitted request docs but up to this moment my account is not yet verify...i msg them dozen of times but no response, definitely, SCAM!! im afraid what they'll do with my personal ID.
Word of advice. Always try as much as possible to avoid less popular platforms and instead use the popular alternatives. Less popular platforms are in most cases untested by so many members and therefore chances of getting scammed are high.

Fore example Bitnuks Android App was released 4 months ago on 16th Feb 2020 and a little above 10 downloads.

So sad to hear that and another bad learning experience from you so best for newbie to go to legitimate once since they might encounter the same issue if they will seek for unreliable exchange, binance is best option so don't experiment on your money next time since scams are here and always waiting for innocent victims.

Sorry about that. For a serious exchange, KYC verification should be approved with hours to a week max. 3 weeks is a lot of time to wait.
The sad truth might be that the service was set up to still people's KYC documents.

Have you tried to contact their support? What have they told you so far? If nothing has been done then i think it's about time you open up a scam accusation to warn other members.

OP who suggest you to use that exchange? Or you read some article mentioned Bitnuk Swiss Base exchange is a good and best exchange? Because I never heard this exchange before if you didn't create this thread. You should aware about article or blogs you read, because it's not 100% true what they said. Most of them only endrosement to get profit.

It's better to use popular and trusted exchange e.g. Binance, OKEx, Huobi etc. If you want another option.... Keep in mind, never use exchanges who have unsolved major accusations in this thread Compilation of all "Scam Accusations" threads related to exchanges

Or if you want to avoid KYC, you should use P2P platform

Same with me I didn't find more information regarding this exchange, but I was trying to looked for a review on google search and I found this https://www.mamma.com/us/bitnuk-com/safe-or-scam you can read it OP.

As @JeromeTash mentinioned above, you'll be better if you choose popular exchange, I mean an exchange that is being used by most user here and I think it's more safe rather you choose unknown exchange like bitnuk.
