Reaching out to the upper level executives on social media will probably get you some better response then just posting here.
I don't know how it works in Canada, but they seem to be tied into the backing industry up there so I don't think they will totally ignore you.

The twitter account seems inactive, last activity was last year. They're more active in linkedin though, better if they'll respond on that platform, but its worth trying.

I doubt people here can help you beyond what you can do, they'll just do the same, message their supports or any means to communicate with them. Better to follow up their support every day until they solve your issue.

I checked their Trustpilot page and there's one review which confirms their poor way of handling business. If you get your money back. Avoid the exchange for good.

Has your deposit been credited by now @OP?

Also, upon checking the transaction timestamp, it has received confirmation after 30secs so it's actually been more than 24 hours contrary to what they said:

So I think you should have been more patient here, because the support team often takes a little extra time to respond if there are more support tickets.
