Didn't find any profile .. no issue that i could find on google
and this site gives positive feedback

Bitp.al is a scam. That feedback site is a (live?) clone of http://bitcoinfeedback.COM/ and the feedback you see there is actually feedback left for coin2pal.info (replace '.org' with '.com' and you will see: http://bitcoinfeedback.com/viewuser.php?id=745 )

I can't help myself finding ironic that people want to exchange bitcoins to paypal , while they shout about bitcoin killing paypal.

I agree Payapl and othe rbanking systems were the reason for BItcoin.

These kind of scams grow like mushrooms, but due to btc's nature it's impossible to chargeback a payment and mainly you have to try to contact them and posting here and there until they respond, but if they are total scammers not much can be done.

Too bad they started to scam with little. They don't have a chance to be millionaires now.  Grin

When did BitPay start accepting PayPal and start buying and selling bitcoins. If I'm not mistaken, that's not their business model whatsoever. They are a payment processor. That is all. You can't even go to BFL's office and buy and sell bitcoins, for I've asked Josh prior to going to KC if he could do it, whereupon the answer was no due to regulations, of which is very understandable.
Bitpal
Not the same , and they / should / buy bitcoins for paypal.
Obviously just another scammy website.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible .
Unless they want to send you back the btc , or the paypal equivalent , there is nothing you can do (for that amount).

Also I wouldn't trust a third party user review website.
