They told me I probably got logged out, to hit the gear icon (yes, in the app) and scroll down to the card and try to log back in. That is, re-associate the card to the app.
Well, I did that but it just gives the bouncing 'b' logo then an "Oops..." page.
Today the card is completely missing so I can't even re-add it.
I wanted to start using bitpay card, but now I want to know if their support works fine or not before I even sign up on their platform
Yes it works, and yes support does answer. But, as I posted above you can only load the card until the end of July and have to have it empty by the end of the year.
The new card is not shipping yet so unless you ordered the Visa and have it in hand it's probably not worth it at the moment.
