I transfered for about two Bitcoins to my Visa wallet. Everything seems fine but than after a while i get a mail saying:

BitPay Card load payment failure
Your recent top-up payment for your BitPay Card failed due to an unexpected error.

We are working to correct this error, and the funds will be applied automatically to your card within 1 business day. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions in the meantime.

It has been more han a day now and nothing has happened. I am already waiting for more than 10 days? In the beginning i still had a notice in my visa wallet that the funds are confirming but now all of the are gonne and there is no money in my wallet?
Where the hell is my money?

Hello guys

Recently I got myself a Bitpay Visa card. Everything seemed to work fine. There wallet works but all the problems start when I try to charge my Bitpay Visa. I always get those annoying messages:

I got a reply back that it takes longer than usual:

Hello,

We wanted to reach out to let you know that we are now actively reviewing your BitPay support request and will follow up with you directly.

We are currently working through an inquiry backlog due to a spike in unconfirmed bitcoin transactions. It may take more than the usual 1-2 business days for follow up.

We may have already answered your question, so please feel free to search our comprehensive library of answers at help.bitpay.com.

Thank you for your patience!

Now all those transaction have more than 6 confirmations. The first one has now already more than 1500 confirmations and I am waiting for it more than a week. Are these guys for real or what? Why are there only problems if I try to cash out? I never had any problems sending BTC to another wallet. I also have the urgent setting on which means I pay the highest miner fee. Are these guys for real?
It doesn't matter if you have 6 confirmations in your transaction -what matters is the amount of money shown in your account. If your account shows that you have enough money to purchase the product then that payment should go through without any issues.

If you email them the transaction ID with the amount of Bitcoin and the Bitpay deposit address then they should be able to credit all the dropped transactions in that account. They usually are nice about it.
