Then you have to copy and paste your blockchain.info address in the invoice.  if the invoice did not show up them that is a Bitpay issue or a problem with the web site interfacing with the bitpay api.

If you are using blockchain.info wallet by logging into their web site then there is nothing you can do except copy and paste the bitpay payment address into your blockchain.info wallet.

if you are using an app I am not sure.  there may be a way to associate bitcoin links and make the blockchain.info app open.  are you using an app or the web interface?

I see now.  I think that is a local configuration of your computer in that bitcoin links clicked in your browser is trying to open a program on your computer.  In other words, bitcoin links are not associated with your blockchain wallet.  On my computer when I click a Bitcoin link itit opens up my multibit wallet.

how can i do that? What software i need?

Your wallet at blockchain.info doesn't have anything to do with clicking on the pay link.  Bitpay process that and they will send your funds to your address (which just happens to be on blockchain.info).  Bitpay will give customers a different address to pay tha your blockchain address.  Sending payment to your blockchain address will bypass Bitpay
