Did you check your spam email? You don't even have to sign up to use it.
The support portal uses a different login as it's a 3rd party service.

went to sing up for the new Bitphone thing and they never sent me a e-mail with my code to get it started. went to there help nothing abut that there and can not make a ticket as you have to be loged in to do that :/ yea im going to say BIG fail :/
