Am I the only one who is either not able to access the website at all or it's very slow? I noticed this only a couple of hours ago and I checked their Twitter and there have been no reports of anything.

on my side this is okay, I can enter the site without any problem, although of the 3 mobile operators that exist in my country only 2 they send the refills and I do not receive any sms after I buy the refills, but the refills arrive to my phone... it's been more than 3 weeks that I have this problem

Can you tell us which ones you had problems with on the SMS, or email us at support@ ?

I have problems receiving SMS from the following mobile phone operators in my country:

Mcel

Vodacom

Movitel

I only get the refills, but I do not receive sms that confirms that they have already sent the refills

It wasn't about buying a product but mostly about loading times of the page where sometimes it's stuck. I didn't try the given suggestions before posting the thread (restarting the router, using VPN, etc.) but that didn't do much. It got solved on its own though.

It's most likely a very short term malicious surge in traffic. Crypto related websites are being targeted continuously by imbeciles with ddos attacks.

If the main site isn't working, you should try their app. If the app isn't working either, then just wait an hour or two and it should work when you try again.

The only ever issue I had with Bitrefill was that the payment form with the 15 minute time frame in which you have to complete the payment kept going even while the payment was already sent and confirmed through Lightning. Every time I wanted to buy something I had to wait for the full 15 minutes to expire in order to receive whatever it was that I bought.

I just bought a Steam USD gift card today from Bitrefill with no issues. Most likely a problem with your own network or your ISP might have poor routing to the site. Works fine on my phone, through a VPN and with my mobile phone at the moment.

Its okay for me. I have 2 network providers and tried to load up my phone and i do receive that sms without any problems.I dont know why you cant receive an sms maybe this is your network provider problem.
