I've been trying to buy steam gift cards all day but it doesn't seem to work. It simply says that the refill couldn't go through and I receive a refund. It's not about the stock because If it was, it should say so.
I don't think the problem is occurring for all cards because I have been able to top up my phone so, is anyone facing the same issue?
