Getting some license doesnt automatically that KYC would really be strictly be complied or needed on the time that you would be tending to register into the platform. Come to look around with those licensed platforms that we do have today on which they arent asking out-front verification which is good but the only time  that they would really be asking is on the time that you do hit up some threshold like on wagering, deposit or even on the time that you would really be making out some significant amount of withdrawal on which it would really be ringing up some bell and causes for things to get delayed just because you do need to verify first but

My first impressions about BitRuby is that website is not opening pages correctly or they are opened very slow.
I dont see option to bet with bitcoin and this is a problem for me.

There is some warning on top banner saying there is expecting a highload and some games probably some games are probably not working, but last word inconvinience was spelled wrongly, it should be inconvenience.

You got it wrong.
In the post you quoted they explain if you deposit $ 10 (ten dollars) you can claim their 200% bonus , se they add up $ 20 to your balance : that $ 20 bonus require a total wagering of $ 5000 to become withdrawable.
So it's not 1x wager requirement but 500x that is by far the highest I can remember by hand and very far from the common 50x most gambling sites apply.

Just tried your casino, and got 220x in Plinko, very big luck. Now here's my experience in details:

Yes I am also not a fan of bonuses due to their underlying rules to meet wager requirements on them but then also if you subscribe to the 200% bonuse,  it then means that if you deposit $5,000 and get $10,000 in bonuses and you need wager $5,000 out of that total amount that means you are wagering the bonus amount on a 1x bases which look fair to me.

I checked payment options and I noticed you do not accept Bitcoin as a means of payment. I will advise you do accept Bitcoin otherwise you move your announcement thread to altcoin session otherwise moderators would do the needful by moving it there for you. I noticed that your minimum deposit is just $10 which is a good one and affordable for members to try your casino.

One suggestion, two more cryptocurrencies should be considered, Ethereum ERC20 and Dogecoin. Ethereum blockchain can be expensive for transactions but it is not reason to not list it on your platform. Dogecoin is favorite by many people and it is accepted on many casinos.

This is good feature on a casino. What exchange rate you are using and does your swap feature has a exchange fee because this will surely be disadvantageous your user.
