So are everybody experiecing the same problem?

I tried to write on the main thread, but I got no attention
To assure you that your coins are safe I would say, it’s clear that it’s now a problem on your side, it is happening due to some bug or some other failure of the app. The best suggestion at this time is to send complains to developers explaining your problem in detail, than they might be able to solve the problem.

It was an app's bug. Now it's fixed, if somebody have the same problem the only thing he need to do is re-synch the blockchain

I say thanks to the dev for the fix, I re-synched again and now the app is working properly Smiley

Anyway, being able to export priv keys (and maybe write them down) would be a  great feature, like it is now if I lost my mobile I lost my wallet too...

Hello,

the problem is already know. I hope we can find asap a solution.

Kind Regards Christian

Thank your for your response. Excuse me for the stupid question, but it's not possible to give the users access to his priv keys?
The possible thing is only to backup your wallet, and i have done with it. If you are trying to download the new bitsend wallet in another mobile phone and you must try to transfer your backup in other phone too.

Didn't work. Wallet stopped syncing at block 374015. Looks like we need to wait for the devs to come up with a solution.

why dont you ask about that in the BSD ANN? or slack?
they are very responsive there..
you should not be worry, they are upgrading all the core now and moving to segwit.. that can cause some issues

I am having the same issue. Just backed up my wallet and uninstalled Bitsend. Reinstalled and restored wallet. Just waiting for Blockchain to sync. Will update you if this works.

Here is how it is done...

If you go to the options menu and select  - Safety - Then you tap on  - Back up Wallet.  You will have to password protect your back up so make sure you write down the password. It will give you the option to save the Back Up to the destination of your choice. save it and I suggest making a copy on your SD card as well. once you have backed up your wallet you can uninstall Bitsend and then reinstall it. Once it is reinstalled you go back to the menu - Safety - then tap Restore Wallet and enter your password you just wrote down. Once the wallet is completely synced you should be good to go.

I can say that I have problem with syncing on deckop version. But I tried another laptop and it worked.
So you can try another mobile phone. Good luck!

As far as I understand, transferring private keys from android wallet is still not possible, so I can not try it.

I'm also afraid of uninstalling because I don't understand how the "backup" feature works.

Seems that i am unable to solve this problem, every time the wallet stop synch at 374015.

I have a lot of peers, some peers showing 374142 blocks and other peers 376684 blocks, is that normal?

Hi,
I have this problem: my bitsend android app stopped synching 4 days ago. I tried to re-synch 2 times, but again it stopped to synch 4 days ago. My peers seems to work.

Someone can help me?
