It was the trade ban (15 days) indeed. The reason why I didn't think about trying to trade because I have traded that same day with a friend and It went okay but I forgot that I did a password reset which resulted in having the Steam authenticator disabled.

If you do make trades with other people then most case there would always be a limitation but on market place it shouldn't really a problem
but as said above you should turn to public on your profile.
He's not using the market. He's using BitSkins, which for Steam is the same as trading with a normal user (you deposit the BTC, buy the skin, and they send a trade offer from one of their bots).

Have you tried trading with a friend? What does the message say? BitSkins is pretty reputable IMO, I've made a few large transactions with no issues.

Uhh, Marketplace is also blocked if you added a new authenticator/don't have a new authenticator.

If you have recently enabled Steam Guard via email on your account, you will be unable to use the Community Market for the 15 days after Steam Guard was enabled.

Turning your profile to public isn't the problem here i think, i'm pretty sure the error message for that would be something along the lines of "Can't open trade link" "Profile not public".

I'm pretty sure the issue is probably what TryNinja described, which means that OP most likely has to wait a couple days.

I've never used this website before but I'm pretty sure It's reputable, probably the best after the shutdown of OPSkins.

I deposited my BTC. After one confirmation, I got them into my balance. I bought a CS:GO knife just fine and I've been trying to withdraw it since yesterday but I keep receiving an error message saying: "Trade aborted, steam says you can't trade. Please trade with a friend to see why".

I've googled this message and nothing seem to show up so I'm not sure If other people are having this issue or I'm the only one. I would appreciate If someone who used this before could tell me what's wrong
Do what they said and try to trade with a friend. It will show the error.

You are probably limited because you don't have Steam Guard or only enabled it recently (less than 30 days). Is this your case?

I have used Bitskins since around mid to late 2015, and I can say that the site is legit in my experience. I’ve transacted about $2000 in skins on the site to date, though I haven’t traded skins in a while, and I’ve never really had a problem with ‘em.

Doing what TryNinja said should resolve your issue, and it’ll narrow down the error to something on Bitskins’ end (which is somewhat unlikely IMO). The problem is most likely Steam Guard or something of the sort.

If this doesn’t work, there should be a support link on Bitskins that you can contact to resolve this issue. Just attempt to trade with a friend first to see if the problem isn’t Steam Guard.

Make your profile public, same as your inventory.
Check is the item you bought available for instant withdraw or not.
I used bitskins for a while and never had problems with it.
The only bad thing is they require few stuff if you like to withdraw bitcoin once you sell something there.
If you need any help with bitskins feel free to PM me.
