I did not start this thread to get bitsler negative popularity. I simply posted it here for a response, (I did contact support, should've waited on my email). And yes, I have 3 accounts in bitsler, though I never abuse the faucet nor the rain. I don't chat on my accounts simultaneously unlike farmers there. Gab, have closed my account(s) before upon request and I never had this problem before.

Anyways, I wanted to just forget this and move on. Sorry to Gab, Baryom, the rest of the community.

Normally, people in need of money don't gamble their money. But I don't argue on people's choices.

Now, you won some, want to withdraw and you cannot.
The malicious part drew my attention. Did you do something unusual? Like having more accounts or trying to abuse anything?
If you are 100% certain there's nothing you've done wrong, then I see only two problems:
1. You should try to make sense and write coherently. You write in a way that people have to guess your situation and that's not OK.
2. You should go for their support first and only if you're turned down you should complain publicly. That's the nice way to do.

Good luck withdrawing your winnings.

If you need 0.01 but you only have 0.003 what would you do?

You could have waited for sometime, and never bet all your BTC in that site when you failed to withdraw it. No matter how loud you whine, you just busted your argument. Sorry about that.

In case of withdraw problem, you must contact the support first. Know the reason why you are unable to withdraw the BTC. Have it clear from them why you cannot withdraw it before posting anything here. If you file a ticket never touch your balance and gamble it,if you lost, it will make your ticket invalid. I think Bitsler support are fine since several users here are testifying that they are ok with the sites service.

anyway I hope you won't encounter this problem again.

Did they specifically told you that malicious activity of yours after exchanging words/emails/messages from them? BTC0.01 is a really an ant-size amount for Bitsler to give dirt to their name.

We are all clueless here so maybe, want give us another bit of infomation so that we can respond specifically? All post here including this is only a reaction and speculation/s about what's really happened.

At some point i was also thinking if he might violate some of bitsler terms (that would be the best thing maybe to say right now or other than that I would think that it is a kind of bug but as you have said that it isn't)

really? 1 year? i don't think bitsler is an old dice site as i just heard about the site few months ago
however i've made quite good amount there when give a shot , nothing happened.

Well i am playing there too in my early days here and I think it is a trusted gambling site because many gamblers invite me to try that site and i did, and i really like their site, though i did not experienced this kind of situation. Though there might be some reasons, for example, some sites are letting the gamblers withdraw with at least .001 if i am not mistaken, but there are fees like .0002 i think, so, if you want to withdraw that .001, then it is not enough because of the fee, i think..

First thing you should to is that did you contact the admins? or the supports regarding with your query? If not then you should however if you already did then the best thing you do is to wait and if you receive no reply regarding with your query for 7 days or more then there is really a problem with bitsler

I had same situations on several sites, and like you I also lost all I won after they didn't slow me to withdraw when I wanted.
Maybe that is their strategy, that happened to many people. We can't do nothing about this, I don't think bitsler will pay some attention on this matter. Sorry friend next time have more patience and wait for withdraw to work.

i also heard something like this with sportsbet, they freeze the players account after winning a little huge amount asking for more personal info, with your concern mate i guess with this big and reputable dice site .01 btc is not a huge winning, like NeuroticFish said its better to approach the support team or even baryom regarding to your withdrawal concerned, too bad you got frustrated and Yolo your btc now there's nothing left for you, hope the team will give some reaction regarding to this problem mate.

Bitsler is trusted platform and running without any issue, and like in most of other casino some delay in getting your withdraw is common because whenever system find something suspicious it will just halt instant withdraw and wait till it get checked manually by staff. Even though your withdrawal amount looks small, some delay is normal.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost it all after the withdraw didn't work. I'm afraid that there is no option for you now to get those coins back, as you decided to pull the trigger on the bet yourself.

What was the message you've got when you tried to withdraw your balance? You said you already got 5 confirmation, that means you are free to do anything you want. But wait! How many accounts do you have at bitsler.com? If system detected that you use more than two accounts then they will assume you as an abuser hence they will halt you to withdraw your balance.
