I got my withdrawal after 60+ hours so I'm closing this thread.
I don't think bitsler is scam. you should pay the high fees for transaction if you want to complete your transaction quickly. Once my transaction was pending for 24 hours they return my actual amount and also pay me the bonus.
He did pay the high fee but he is telling that there should be an option for a more higher fee just so the transaction would be faster.
You shouldve just go to their support and complain there. Have you files a ticket just so they will see that there is some stucked transaction.
I am guessing this is a problem in the blockchain. Just try to use the services where they will push your transaction to be faster.
why the transaction is slow using btc rather than other Cryptocurrency . even they have separate the BTC and BCC.
BCC has a 8MB block while BTC has a 2MB block
+ they removed some stuff from the transactions to speed them up a bit too.

I thought Bitsler is very trusted and I no need to worry admin will help for all the issues but this time very much disappointed the way he is handling the withdrawal issues.
If he can't predict what the correct fee then he should allow us to choose fee for withdrawals but site limits maximum 60K fee. I paid the highest fee for more than 48 hours still not confirmed. If he allows me to increase then I would have paid higher fee for my withdrawal.

It happens from time to time, and there's no real telling why they do it sometimes we know sometimes we don't. Anytime there's any kind of fluctuation in the market they're probably going to do this to make money for themselves or to stop a loss. Maybe they need to be sure if all he withdrawal are legit and there is no hack attempt.
I didn't understand what you're talking about? OP never say that bitsler didn't send money but his worry was transaction took a lot of time to get confirmed. These are most common frustration when a person needed an urgent money and couldn't get it on time. This issue is already solved and OP should lock this thread.

As long as you make sure that you jump through all the Hoops that they want you to jump through, and that you actually have a transaction that depending then there's nothing else you can do. All of these exchanges, and I'll decide, they're all going to do the same thing when they feel like it they're going to hold your transactions back.
This is the reason why almost every bitcoin service out there overcharges for withdraw fees like 0.001 BTC per withdraw and submit the transaction at the highest fee possible, usually like 450Sats/byte or so, because it avoids the headache of people complaining about unconfirmed withdraws.

This discussion you see on all dicesites. Most users just don't realize when the transaction is in the blockchain the only thing you can do is wait. Few years ago it wasn't a problem. Last year it could be hell sometimes. Just wait or use the viabtc accelerator.

Nobody's mistake. The obligation of Bitsler is to send your withdrawal according to your chosen fee. If you chose 0.0006, bitsler will send your transaction using an estimated priority fee. Once bitsler sent your withdrawal, the obligation ends there. It is now out of bitsler's hands. Bitsler does not control when your transaction will get confirmed. If you could provide a tx id, we could analyze it more and see what happened. I know its frustrating not to get your withdrawals confirmed asap, but before we blame anyone or bitsler for that matter, lets ask, is it bitsler's fault? did bitsler fulfilled their obligation to send my withdrawal using what ever fee i chosed? is bitsler liable for very long confirmation time? does the word "estimate" means "sure/certain"? or i am just frustrated and i can't blame bitcoin as a whole so i'll just blame bitsler?

Withdraw via altcoins and save the hassle of the large fee + wait time. You do realize Bitsler doesnt controll Blockchain right? If you transaction has a txid then its not bitslers fault you just have to wait...

This is why I really think many casinos should just list Bitcoin CASH as an alternative cryptocurrency to gambling. Because people with most casinos generally don't leave their BTC in the site due to hacks.

Unfortunately BitcoinCash is not supported by most big gambling site, and I agree with them who are not supporting the coin. Bitsler has better altcoins such as Eth and LTC, why they need to add BCH? It wont make any differences as BCH is not even better than the available coins at Bitsler.

Why only Bitcoin cash? why not other altcoins?
There are many other altcoins are there and for example, ETH transactions are quite faster compared to Bitcoin cash transactions then why you want to use Bitcoin cash only?

60K fee is high enough, clearly it is on blockchains' side which causes the delay due to heavy traffic. I usually use accelerator even if my fee is the minimum fee set by the site. In just 1 hour it's already in my wallet.
The reason for the delay is due to the congestion of bitcoin blockchain being jammed up with a lot of transactions, but I do understand OP point of view, maybe Bitsler could set up a few more selection for users to select the amount of miner fees on withdrawal as some users might need their bitcoin urgently and they do not mind paying a higher miner fees for that.

OP is not saying that they are a scam but may be disappointed with the confirmation delay. Since blockchain is very much crowded so sometimes these delays are expected. I think by now this transaction should have been confirmed already. I think you misunderstood the OP main post. He is requesting to allow users to choose the transaction amount instead Bitsler fix some maximum limit. If he fixed maximum transaction fee amount then Bitsler is responsible for the slower transactions. Users can use maximum amount what site has provided and after that site need to make sure transactions are done on time. Bitsler is responsible for all these delays.

Week end I withdrew my money from fortunejack and received within few hours. How they can do it and why bitsler can't do it? It all depends on how much transaction amount you pay.
That was the problem right now the transaction fee the bitcoin fees in the past few hours and yesterday are actually really high default fee compare today that gradually reduced the transaction fee..

Yeah, this issue will affect many different sites due to the network fees being so high lately. The average recommended fee is nearly 400 sat/byte right now for fast confirms. I'd also recommend trying the ViaBTC accelerator that was previously mentioned as it usually helps speed up confirmation time.
Hopefully segwit adoption helps brings these fees down as this is making Bitcoin very expensive to use.

It isn't Bitsler's fault at all, it's true that they could probably add an option to increase the transaction fee for a faster transaction, but the problem lies with the Bitcoin network in general.

Would you be fine with paying a $6 fee to receive your transaction within an hour? If not, then either accept the lower transaction fees on Bitcoin or withdraw a different cryptocurrency on Bitsler's site that lower fees and quicker confirmation times. Get the transaction id, and enter it into estimatefee.com it'll tell you the estimated amount of blocks (with 50% probability) and if you multiply that by 10 you'll have an estimate in minutes.

Dont generalized dude since this issue is mainly cause by the blockchain network and not on the gambling site itself. Expect there are really some delays considering that they set-up 60k max fee.
