We were overwhelmed with the amount of you who wanted to begin using Bitspend.net on Sunday night when we launched. So much so, that we had to suspend taking orders! In the last 96 hours, we have gone through a round of funding and when we relaunch on Monday we'll be able to handle all the orders you guys throw at us
On top of our basic service which allows you to spend your Bitcoins anywhere on the internet for a small flat fee(shops, hotels, flights, anything!), we added a few new features. I want to tell you about one of them now - our favorite one!
This brings back the days of cash purchases and integrates them into our digital lives. Every time you buy something with your credit card both online and physically, you are instantly added to databases all over the world. Governments, financial institutions, big data companies, all know everything you buy - but do they have the right to? NO!
Bitspend believes it is your right to shop anonymously. As long as you are buying legal items, we will make sure you always have a safe and secure way to do that going forward.
