Description:
BitsPerDollar.com is a great domain to offer a service to convert bits (microbitcoins) to dollars. Most probably the bit will be the most used unit to refer to BTC in the future.

Important:
This auction consists of 3 parts:
Read the next 3 points in detail.

Domain:
If the auction ends in US$24 or less then only the domain will be provided. It is registered on namecheap and will be pushed for free to your own NC account.
It was registered on June 24, 2014 and expires on June 24, 2017 (whois).

Source code & Twitter account & SSL:
The source code and the Twitter account @BitsPerDollar are included if the auction ends in US$25 or more. The included features are described here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitsperdollarcom-instant-usdbitsbtc-conv-api-dynamic-images-twitter-998864
  • Online conversion among bits, bitcoins and US dollars
  • Dynamic images: Convert from US to BTC or bits automatically
  • API access
  • Automatically posts bit<->USD rate to Twitter (@BitsPerDollar) every X hours)
I will also include a new Comodo SSL Certificate.

You need basic LAMP knowledge to install the code and make it work (not plug&play unfortunately).

Installation:
I will install the source code on your own hosting if the auction ends in US$45 or more.

Starting bid:
US$ 10

Minimum increment:
US$ 1

Buy it now:
US$ 60 or
US$ 5 more than the previous bid (whichever is higher)
(Domain, code, Twitter account, SSL and installation are included)

End date and time:
Wednesday 2015-12-23 4PM UTC or
1 hour after the last bid (whichever is later)

Payment:
Please bid in US dollars. Final prices will be converted to BTC at the current Bitstamp rate at the moment of the payment.
The payment must be sent to me or the escrow less than 48h after the auction is closed,
otherwise I may leave negative trust and may sell it to next higher bidder, who must complete the deal according to their bid.
