Their protocol doesn't seem decentralised.
Isn't arbitrator tree hierarchy with author collecting money at top a central point of failure?

Do you accept INR as a medium of buying or only the mentioned currency above?

If not is there any future plan for to add INR?

Bitquare, the decentralized bitcoin exchange, is going to officially launch its beta version on April 27, 2016 during the Fab Lab in Barcelona.

To ensure highest level of privacy, Bitsquare uses a Peer-to-Peer network over Tor, meaning there are no servers to be hacked or DDoS’d. Also, all private data sent over the wire is end-to-end encrypted and there is no privileged access to any data. The exchange does not require registration and does not know the traders, which makes identity theft impossible.

Welcome to Bitsquare
Bitsquare is built for those who:

Want to exchange a national currency such as dollars, euros, or yen for bitcoin.
Want to exchange a wide range of alternative crypto currencies for bitcoin.
Do not want to trust any exchange for holding your funds.
Do not want to forfeit control or privacy to a central authority in order to trade with other individuals.
Regard financial transactions as a form of private speech that should be protected from surveillance by banks, governments, and other institutions.
Bitsquare is designed to be:

Decentralized – there is no single point of failure.
Safe – Bitsquare never holds your funds.
Instantly accessible – no need for approval from a central authority.
Private -no one except trading partners exchange personally identifying data.
Open – every aspect of the project is transparent.
Easy – we take usability seriously.
Bitsquare is currently alpha-quality software and we are actively looking for highly-skilled developers, designers and security experts to join our community. If you’re interested in helping make Bitsquare a reality, there are many ways to contribute. We’d love to hear from you!

Cloak coin also going to list in this exchnage

Bitcoin could be traded on the Bitsquare platform alongside additional altcoins in a decentralized manner. Some of the altcoins included will be NEM, Anti.cash, VPNCoin, MaidSafeCoin, YbCoin, VeriCoin, EverGreenCoin, CloakCoin, and Espers. Karrer tells us at Bitcoin.com that this exchange will “follow the core principles of Bitcoin” by decentralizing every aspect of the project. The developer says there’s been a lot of dedicated time and effort to improve infrastructure, storage, communication, development,  and arbitration within the system.
