I am a great supporter of initiatives like this. Bitsquare is awesome project does anyone can tell me if they launched?
I read on their site that "The mainnet-enabled beta version is live." Does that mean exchange is live and operational?
It is amazing to see exchange where you can trade without creating account, sending your ID and fear of your coins being stolen.

Manfred Karrer, the founder of Bitsquare, the first working decentralised bitcoin exchange, visited us in London to launch his continental tour. The presentation wasn’t a classical product introduction, but focused on topics which are more in the conceptual and political realm:

– Why is decentralization needed for a privacy protecting Bitcoin-Fiat exchange which does not require registration (no KYC/AML).
– How to build a decentralized exchange (how to make it secure) – Which features of Bitcoin make it possible (MultiSig, atomic transaction solves who pays first problem).
– How Bitsquare protects privacy (P2P network over Tor hidden services).
– Bitsquare’s DAO model (decentralized ownership).
