Bitstamp is one of best exchanges you can use.

Fee is irrelevant in your case, you should worry with your entry price, fee is only relevant if you trade a lot, and in that case there's a fee schedule for high volume.

source of that information that stamp cannot proceed fiat to banks?

Can you stop spreading incorrect information that even hints towards fud? I am quite regularly (most recent last month) depositing and withdrawing EUR through SEPA without any problems.

OP, Bitstamp is a perfect exchange for Europeans. Very important benefit is that Bitstamp is one of the few regulated and licensed exchanges.

I must however point out that you will have to verify yourself due to various laws and policies. If you have no problems with that, then go ahead and sign up ~ you won't regret using Bitstamp.

Im planing to buy and hold for some time.
its just im wondering about their fees because they seem very low...

If i recall correctly think that they are on black list, meaning that you cant withdrawal cash from then to any bank in Europe as far as I know, if something didnt change in last several months. Unless you know some bank that will be able to pay you. There were best option for bitcoin fiat transfer for most of us, but we search alternative for each country.
