It seems that you know exactly the fess. Why do you ask? If there is a way to avoid fees from your bank?
If I want to deposit money into Bitstamp to start trading, what is the total fee if I'm trying to deposit USD? They state that it's 0.1% or $15 (whichever is higher), but I also have to include the wire transfer fee from my bank, right? For example:
If I want to deposit $1000, it will cost $15 on their side and $40 wire fee on my side, so total roughly $55 fees to get that $1000 credited?
