Make an account on reddit and then send him a private message, detailing your problem and listing your ticket number. (see the link on the right hand side of his profile which says "send a private message")

If you reached them by sending a support ticket and still not getting a response, visit their unofficial sub reddit page. You could post a topic on Bitstamp sub or send a PM to Bitstamp-Domen. This is the easiest way I know to get a response from Bitstamp.
