I've got the same problem today but from my desktop computer
I successfully logged in through 2FA just now, are you sure you are at the right web url from Bitstamp, and not a phishing site? Correct url ~ https://www.bitstamp.net
Im on the right site, i can log in with username but then when i get to 2FA i get code invalid, tried several times.
edit: issue solved, my clock on mobile was behind 2 minutes somehow
