He likely already has. He's posted that link in every single thread that remotely has anything to do with gox. I wish that sort of behavior wasn't permitted here.

Higher volumes, better information, and more liquidity leads to smaller spreads between exchanges.

Another factor could be all the people trying to arbitrage the multiple exchanges. All of this leads to tighter spreads. This is generally true for most currencies and securities.

I still think the spreads are still too wide. Maybe better than before, but still huge.

bitstamp has 72% of mt gox volume level today

People are reporting that SEPA transfers are coming through now.
Can't comment on whether or not this is true or not.

So the spread between gox and bitstamp has plummeted. It was 20% at one point and now is ~10%

Bitstamp: 112.02
Gox: 123.64

So anyone know what is the reason behind this sudden change? Has there been some news?
