finally got a response on monday, sent in the required ino, now waiting for what i hope to be the final response.

They are slow but usually come through
Not aware that they are under-manned on weekends specifically

Hey everyone,  I made a withdraw request Thursday night and Friday morning woke up to an email from bitstamp support requesting additional information despite my being verified.  I have to assume its just based on trade volume, but that's besides the point.

My actual question revolves around the fact that since I replied 2 hours after getting the email, I haven't heard back from the support team yet, and I was just wondering if they worked weekend hours or if I shouldn't expect a response before Monday?

Kindly let me know so I can plan accordingly.  Thanks guys.
