I opened a ticket in bitstamp 2 weeks ago, 7 days later created another ticket, there is still no answer! such a solid company should respond to tickets throughout the day! Then he wrote them to the email, there is still no answer, what should I do?

I've only had a ticket open with Bitstamp for 2 days, but I have a feeling that they aren't going to respond for a long time if at all. I've made a post about it on here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitstamp-trailing-stop-buy-order-not-working-2283444 regarding trailing stop orders. Do you have any experience with trailing stop orders?

A quick update:
Bitstamp-Domen resolved my support request in a very timely manner.

Thank you for helping me out Domen and keep up the good work!

...
if they are a serious company, then they should hire more staff to attend to their clients, this is the result of many exchanges not having office or not being a serious company.

That was my line of reasoning as well. I know they are drowning in support requests due to the massive
influx of new users in 2017. However, this also implies that their income in terms of trading fees and additional
fees (debit card, wire transfers) has increased substantially.

Because of this increase in profits, they should have all the resources that are necessary in order
to hire more support staff. This seems like such a no-brainer to me, because having a solid and good
support would easily attract more users, which would increase the profits even further...

Instead of improving their support they are adding unnecessary stuff like Ethereum trading.

I have opened a Bitstamp support ticket more than 4 days ago and still haven´t received a reply.
I´m not talking about a big request, but rather a simple address change that should be able to be
processed within a few seconds by a customer service represantative.

then this Bitstamp also has bad support, I think that i leaves a cancer for something better and in the end I was making the same mistake, is there any exchange that is professional? an exchange that answers the support tickets? your problem is not serious to the point that they take 4 days to respond, this only shows that they are not a serious company

Bitcoin is exploding again, this leads to a high traffic of users in popular services like Coinbase, Poloniex and Bittrex. It is expected that exchanges that already receive many tickets per day, start to slow down their support because of the high demand of bitcoin. I heard some time ago that for a "slow" period of Bitcoin, Poloniex received more then 2100 tickets in just 4 days. Now imagine what happens when they see a rise on their traffic...

I don't think they lurk around BitcoinTalk at all. Maybe Reddit if your thread gets to front page - i.e, you lost a big amount of 5~6 digits.

If you are not a big player who has lost a lot of money, I would not waste my time creating Reddit threads. They will probably just ignore you like they do with the already existent threads. So, just wait for a reply.

I know they are probably drowning in support requests due to the influx of new users this year,
but this is getting really frustrating. Especially, because Bitstamp is still by far my favorite exchange
and I never had any problems in the past.

Has anybody made similar experiences in the last days? Is there a way to escalate a ticket?
Are they monitoring Reddit more intensive than Bitcointalk?
