the ppl will look else were.

Else where?

Such as where?

They are able to provide bad customer service, because they don't have a competitor that offers better customer service.

come on. doesnt matter how many customer you have. A first responds is always possible just to tell somebody that you have seen his/her's question and will respond in a certain period.
We are talking about a commercial company who has to make profit of the fact that ppl do business with them. So they should service in high regard otherwise the ppl will look else were.

$Gangnam works hard, so you don't have to.

You are not their only customer and they don't receive just an inquiry per day. Do some simple math and you get your answer.

Don't expect an immediate answer. It may take them a couple of days to respond to any questions.

Bitstamp is selling at most competitive rates and has a better track record in terms of "security" than MtGox. Also LocalBitcoins if someone is selling in your city and you'r ready to pay the premium.

Face to face using escrow probably the best way

Localbitcoins.com can help you find interested sellers in your area

So im new to the whole trading market. I have read around a bit and came to the conclusion that its the general opinion that they are the "best"
Thats why i created an account. i also had to create a support ticket right away.
My problem is that i dont get a respond. SO i went to look for information. The only thing i can find is an adresses in the UK.
If you look that up on google maps it doesnt really look "trust" worthy.

So did i make the wrong choice?
