I'm waiting for more than one week too.
Its due to huge demand. Queues are piling up and u can't hire new employee that fast, it takes time to find someone reliable.

They needed over a week to decline my verification, saying they couldn't accept my document, although it meets all their criteria.

I think it took them about 10 days to do mine.

Sent all the relevant info on Saturday after realising how bad MtGox are for cashing in coins. Account still sitting as pending today - sent a support request yesterday, but no feedback - not a great start with them.
So you just waiting two business days, when I got verified it took almost one week, but few months ago
I think it took them about 10 days to do mine.

Sent all the relevant info on Saturday after realising how bad MtGox are for cashing in coins. Account still sitting as pending today - sent a support request yesterday, but no feedback - not a great start with them.
