As stated a few times already, It's probably ( most likely ) temporarily disabled for some reason.
Although if that's the case it's peculiar if they haven't informed their users about it already..

It maybe due to recovering the transaction bug?
It's a security constraint due to some phishing mails in the past. They probably just disable bitcoin withdrawals on accounts that multiple withdrawals above a specific threshold.
Mail to [email protected] and ask them to reenable btc withdrawals, if you can ensure your account is safe and you did not click or receive any phishing mails.
btw: I don't know why they can't just announce this on their new page. But that's just the way it is...

I'm too having the problem (although I was allowed to transfer bitcoins in the past).

I'm a long timer lurker... I'm having issues with my BitStamp account where I'm unable to withdrawal bitcoin. I receive the following message in all caps:
"You are not allowed to withdraw bitcoins at the moment."
I've filed a few tickets and its been over 24 hours and still no response... anyone else having or have had similar issues and what did you do to resolve? Thanks.
