Have you downloaded any app recently?
Maybe there's some malware in it and your phone got hacked, have you checked your balance from the blockexplorer?
Have not downloaded any apps recently.

The only thing I have done recently is change time zones.  My phone is on the correct time zone.

BitStamp did suggest it may be out of sync, which I have tried.

I have tried everything I know and what they have suggested and nothing changes.  Still cannot access.

I only have a cash balance on my account, no Bitcoins.  Nothing to check on the blockchain.

The email I received a short time ago said if I have tried all possibilities I now need to provide ID proof before they can make any changes, which is fair enough.

Thanks for all the replies.

sounds like a syncing problem occasionally mine is out for a few minutes.  BTC-e never had 1 problem though why ever that is.

I have attempted to access my BitStamp account using 2FA.

After entering the 2FA code a message says "Invalid authentication code".

I have tried many times with the same result.

I emailed BitStamp for advice and they quickly replied with assistance, but none of the suggestions work.

I have the authentication key and QR code and have used both to hopefully activate, neither work.

I have other accounts which use 2FA and they work normally.

Anyone have/had a similar problem?  Any solutions?

I appreciate any suggestions.
