Yes, I'm an asshole
If a deposit is being made to a wrong address, just know this that the fund is gone for life, they will not be held responsible for any of our mistakes, we have to make sure that we are not adding or reducing from the intended deposit address, once this is fulfilled, there is nothing that warrants them of making decision on holding your money expect you also violate their rules, aside these, you should worry about nothing because you're not the only probably using their platform.

Not reading the thread and go straight to posting a comment, aren't you?

OP did not adding or reducing any character from the address, nor violate any of their rules. OP simply deposited into tipping address instead of his account. That's that, and his fund can [understandably, as this is the second chance it happened] be considered as a generous tip.

Honestly, I will not forward this to the casino no matter what - the least you/one/I would expect is some sort of feedback, especially in cases such as this one.

Dude, you may want to reconsider being in charge of money transfers of any kind...  Huh

When will you learn from your mistake? If I'm not wrong, then you had sent the BTC from your own wallet address in the last time.
Unexpected and funny at the same time. It's also a coincident that the same mistake happened with the same site. The OP doesn't deserve the coins LOL but I hope he gets the refund even if that needs to convince the main authority of the platform.

I hope you will give us update @evamuhammad

@OP, the title of the thread should be "I have been trapped again for my silliness". Because you had made the same mistake in the previous month: bitstarz.com scam 0.02055199 BTC 1401 USD
[...]

LOL this was the same guy!?
I already thought this story sounds strangely similar to an older case. I already wanted to check through the scam section but thanks for sparing me the time.

Doing this mistake once is already kinda  Roll Eyes but doing it twice is just  Huh Huh Huh .

Let's see if the support can make another gesture of good will. But OP, seriously. If you can't handle things as easy as copy/paste an address maybe you shouldn't handle crypto funds. Maybe let your wife do it or something.  Grin

Ok, this case [and Mahdirakib's comment] put a smile on my lips. The name was familiar to me and I actually peeked at their post history to see if I've met them on other, older case they raised. I noticed that OP had a case with bitstarz, but I thought this is the same one and they simply "bumping" the case with a new thread. I am oblivious to the fact that it's a different amount, thus a different case.

Good findings, Mahdirakib, you noticed the details.

You had received the refund with the help of one forum member, you didn't even thank him for the help.

@OP They got back to me and said that they asked you for a screen recording to show you are the owner of the wallet but you haven`t done so yet. Do it and they will return the funds.

When will you learn from your mistake? If I'm not wrong, then you had sent the BTC from your own wallet address in the last time. But based on your payment proof, you have sent the funds from your Bitsler casino account in this case. It can make the refund process a bit complicated at this time. Anyway, I have informed efialtis on telegram about your issue. Let's wait for his response.

Thanks for jumping in, Mahdi.

@OP What happened previously, was it solved? Let me know because it feels stupid reaching out to them without knowing.

In my opinion, the issue has been settled by Bitstarz because they clearly told you:
After conducting a thorough investigation into the matter, we regret to inform you that there is no recourse available to recover funds sent to an incorrect deposit address.

..... This decision is a final one, and will not be changing.

So the issue is over for them and I don't think there is any point in trying, especially since the mistake is yours and not theirs.

Since the mistake is basically your fault and there is no fraud, all you can do is keep trying. Maybe they will change their mind even though it is clear from what they say that they will not.

hello

but how can contact customer support for tips can help me return my fund
You are already in their contact. All you do is to continue and seek a favor. If they don't want to favor you then you can not force them too.

Try to get contact of the main man, who own the gambling site, he have all authorities to give any decision.

yes i made deposit to the tips address error
First of all, it's an error from your side and for that error you can not tell other a scammer.

but how can receiver my fund now
The people from customer support will not have extensive access for handling accounts. I am sure they have different departments for revenues like from tips and deposits [tips may not consider as revenue at all].

Now it all depends on the management if they want to give you the fund that you sent to the wrong address [sometimes it requires a lot of paperwork, files moving from one table to other for a big company, if Bitstarz are that big then it's not a good news for you]. But if they don't send it at all, you still can not blame them. However if they decides to return the fund then consider it's just a bonus recovery for you.

Your best practice will be to talk to them nicely and seek help without forcing. Try to convince them so that they decides to favour you.

i make pay to deposit tips address in chat with errror
Your sentence is hard to understand.
You made deposit to the tips address, that's what you are saying?
In that case you sent tips to the support channel not deposited balance in your gambling account. Do you understand it's two different event?

Let me understand.
You conducted support obviously after having the issue or it was before making the deposit in the platform? It looks like support give you this address to tip them not for deposit. On the other hand for deposit you should be able to have an address in the deposit page, not an address given by anyone else not even support.

It looks like they are trying to say that you deposited funds to a different address. Can you prove the address was generated by Bitstarz?
