So your platform uses another third party custodial service, which is coinbase. In other words, all the trust of investors through your site goes to Coinbase's security, on top of you handling the purchases and withdrawals.
This is double risk. In case anything happens to your company or coinbase. The chances are high of losing funds. Why would customers use your platform instead of reducing the risk by dealing with coinbase directly? What additional advantage do you have?
