I have been in contact with bit.store‘s support today and got my answer 1,5 hours after sending my message. So support seems to get better.

Btw.: Theyr physical card does not support 3dSecure either. Just like the virtual card.
Their physical card also have bigger limits, but you have to perform verification to receive it.
Only no-kyc card I know that has 3ds support can be found on Stealths.net website, but this card is for single-use only.

I think there is support on their website, but it works at snail speed so don't expect to get quick answer on your question  Tongue
Another thing I noticed is they suddenly removed support for many websites including Paypal for some of their cards, and they have some maintenance issues with disabled withdrawal and recharge.
And If you want to create new card with different BIN number you have to send coins again.
This could be early red flag signs, so be careful guys.

EDIT:

After charging me a $1 monthly fee for the second time this month my card suddenly stopped working. They posted the following message on Telegram
I was just about to make a post about this.
They not only charged monthly fees, but they canceled and blocked all my cards for some stupid reason and for my ''protection''.
I had one refund in process for one of my purchases, but this is now impossible to complete  Tongue
Another thing I noticed is they deleted telegram support group @BitStoreHelp but that was useless anyway.

I was always saying that this and any other virtual card service is risky, and people should not keep any money there.
Here are some of many email messages I received from them:

Important Notification Regarding Your Bit.Store Virtual Cards

Dear Bit.Store Fam,

We have received an urgent notice from the issuing bank informing us that some bank cards will no longer be in service. In order to safeguard your interests, we will be removing the bank cards associated with your account.

Your funds are completely safe, and we recommend that you withdraw remaining balance from your card as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Best regards,
Bit.Store Card Team

My remaining balance was too small to be automatically withdrawn so I have to request a manual withdraw and who knows how long that will take. I will not be applying for a new card with them because they have so many issues. PayWithMoon is supposed to relaunch soon. I hope I will have more success with them.

Regarding bit.store virtual cards, do they support 3DS? If yes, is it necessary to bind a phone number to a card, or bit.store sends 3DS codes to the registered email address?
No they don't, unless you perform full kyc verification and receive Bitstore physical card.

As far as I know only non-kyc cards that support 3DS right now can only be found on stealths.net website.
Just make sure you select VISA International Prepaid Card, because they have other cards without 3ds support.
They have account in bitcointalk forum and they are fairly active, so you can talk with them for more info:

Does anyone know of a card like this that I can use in Russia locally in shops?
No, you cannot use in Russia Visa or MasterCard which is issued outside Russia. Try to find UnionPay for your needs. Crypterium used to offer crypto cards of that payment system, but now it doesn't.

I didn't hear that any similar card working with crypto in that region exist, but maybe you can ask BestChange if they know something more.
From my research I think that YooMoney has nokyc cards with some limitations, but problem is loading money there.
Don't try using BitStore cards there, they have Russia listed in restricted area and your account can be restricted or banned if you try it.

This service is definitely not reliable. They were doing a promotion for their new card BIN that supports Apple Pay so I applied for a new card. After I made my payment the card never appeared in my account. I only risked the minimum top up amount of $15 plus a $5 application fee so it is not a big loss but it's certainly a disappointing experience.

And did you contact support to check what might have happened?
Or do you contact them and they simply don't respond, or fail to offer a solution?

I contacted them through their support form on their website. They were really slow to answer and asked me for a screenshot for an invoice number I didn’t recognize. I had already given them a screenshot of my actual invoice which showed successful payment. Eventually, after giving them the transaction hash of my payment the card appeared in my account.

So far it’s been hit or miss with acceptance rate but I’ve only done two transactions. Accepted once and declined once.

And they can cancel cards at any moment, so there is always a risk, especially if you have higher decline rate when you try to make payments.
They simply decided to cancel and suspended several card BIN numbers, and someone just posted this issue with bit store card on their telegram support group:

Good luck with that, and they also don't ''work'' at all during weekends Tongue

No, there is no KYC for virtual cards., signup is only with email address.
Better make sure to check the list of supported and restricted websites before making any card purchases.
Each card bin can have different fees and different restrictions.
I will repeat again - don't expect to get fast (or any) support in case you need it for some reason.

Well, I believe it is literally impossible to list all sites that are compatible or not. But, the most popular ones will certainly say.

Either way, I shouldn't try it for now. But, the note remained.

What a waste. They would get enough customers if they cared about support.
Speaking of services from Binance marketplace. This user also got another crypto card service from there, and the service wasn't that great. It took a while to resolve.
I am sure customers need to be kyc verified to use Binance marketplace, and Binance can make partnership with anyone they want.

Few days ago I saw bit.store reduced fees and changed some terms for their cards, so this could be useful for anyone who considers this service.
They added new bin numbers and Paypal is now removed for all available cards, among other changes they made.
Please note that this can change at any time, so do your own research to confirm.

Don't expect to have any serious support from them if anything goes wrong with your deposits, and it will go wrong at some point.

Just wondering how they managed to forge a partnership with alchemay pay and Binance  Grin

So at the bottom of Alchemy's page, it says:

"The top crypto companies are launching global crypto cards"

Is that a reference to the future? or am I missing something? none of the services mentioned (Crypto, Coinbase, BitPay, and Binance) have global cards. It would be very interesting if that's actually the case.

More like "Other top crypto companies are launching Global Crypto Cards, what are you waiting for? Don't be left behind as a brand, talk to us and we make a partnership"

Can someone find the list all the partners of Alchemypay?
I see several card services are using them, with exact same interface like Bit.store and others.
They don't have a complete list, but so far I see 3 partners. Bit.store, Binance (cardrypto) and Tokenpocket wallet under the dapps section.

Don't decide to use the debit card service based on the conversation made here you still have to dyor.
From the OP's message, he was looking for people to review about the card provider and all the feedback provided about the card provider should be seen as an experiment since there's always a chance for an exit scam for no KYC platform.

Some 40 days back, when I was intensively checking for living without my local banks, I have ended up with bit.store/AlchemyPay debit cards after doing a small search on Ratimov's debit card observer topic with no KYC and world wide availability as primary searching criteria.

Here are what I have experienced:

I tried to use this virtual card on my Samsungpay but SamsungPay does not allow me to add it.

There was $5 of first time applying fee:

.....

You must tell me more about this card. I don't think I have Bit.store listed. Since it seems that people can buy the cards (and actually use them), I'm going to guess that the scope of this card is "worldwide".

Has anyone tested their support? Like, is support even existent on the Discord/Telegram channels or is it a ghost town?

What I mean worldwide is that if the virtual card will work for any services like Playstore, Amazon Aws, or any subscription.

That's not what worldwide means technically - that's referring to where in the world you can use the card. On the other hand, a website can set its settings on Stripe or Paypal to deny payments from specific types of cards like prepaid cards. Amazon.com and all the cloud computing sites do that, so I'd be shocked if they actually worked there.

Let me guess it's because of regulations problems, and Binance is obviously going down the hill for some time.

My first feedback for Bit.store cards is not bad so far.
It was easy to create new card and send coins there, what I like is that I can withdraw coins back to my wallet.
I had 50% success rate when I tried to make payments, but one website was not listed as supported, and this was just experimental purchase test.

They have 4 types of cards with different BINs (I think it's the Bank Identification Number). Not all types of their cards can be used in some of the services they support, but for now they're not as global as we think. Samsungpsy and GPay aren't yet supported for all card types:

I think the cards can be used by any one Worldwide. On top of the card just before you activate it, you will see "Support Global Consumption"

So, about the services that work and those that don't work. They actually vary from card to card. For example, the first 2 cards I posted don't support Walmart, Etsy, Newegg but some other cards in my very account do support this.

I will also test the service sometime to come and I will update here.

What do you mean by "work"? as in the ability to order it from a specific country? or sites you could use it with? If the latter, then I would imagine there will be some restrictions on that but for ordering it, then I don't see why would that be an issue since KYC is not required

I don't know about PayPal but in the case of AliExpress, I have never had issues when using pyypl virtual MasterCard when making payments. However recently they had some legal problems and switched from Mastercard to Visa, I don't know if they will remain the same as they were before.
Strange that on Pyypl website they are still advertising virtual Mestercard, there is no mention of Visa anywhere.
Another thing is that for their cards you need to perform KYC verification, according to information on main page.
I am looking for no-kyc cards that work on Aliexpress for example.

I think they do work worldwide for now until they don't. The cards however work for specific services and also have "a virtual location" so you will need to pick your preferred card
Once you log in, you will see about 4 different cards to pick from for a start, I counted about 7 slots.
That looks interesting, so I had to create quick account for testing.
Two cards I found on my account don't have AVS and 3DS, but other two may have 3DS and they are accepted on more websites (both VISA and Meastercard).
Maybe I will test this cards with smaller amount first, plenty of cheap stuff on Chinese websites.

PS
It sucks that only support for Bit.store is their discord/telegram server.

It seems like that URL only works if accessed from the site. Not sure why. But you should be able to go to it by going to the main site: https://bit.store/

Then select "Virtual card" on the top right side. This will redirect you to the same page.

The physical card is not yet available and the eligibility of the physical is only for selected countries.
How about their virtual card do they work worldwide?

What do you mean by "work"? as in the ability to order it from a specific country? or sites you could use it with? If the latter, then I would imagine there will be some restrictions on that but for ordering it, then I don't see why would that be an issue since KYC is not required

That link brings up some errors. Maybe this is more appropriate https://bitstorecard.notion.site/Bit-Store-Card-FAQ-9f3169f9fd294e7d953247a56e03def0

Same here the 2nd link has an error and their FAQ from the main page redirects me to a different domain, they hosted the FAQ on notion.site.

Just saw a press release[1][2] of this service called bit store. I thought I'd share it, and also get some reviews in case anyone has used them before. The card have 2.5% top-up fee, and the company claims that KYC verification is not mandatory with a limit of 10K USD per month.
Second link is not working, and I wouldn't really spread the first link that looks like a paid promotional article advertised on Roger Ver's website  Wink
No Kyc policy is only for their virtual cards, and real question is on what websites this virtual cards actually work.
I used several virtual cards before and I think they all have issues working on websites like Paypal, Aliexpress, etc. (with few exceptions).
If someone tests this card please pots your feedback... I am still searching for ''ideal'' card.
