I am still not recieved refund for Avalon batch 2 units
i paid and not recived 5 units - 75 btc each
to Wallet bit 03.02.2013

and i dont have order number - because nobody give me that

this hate against avalon cud have bin avoided they just need to hire sum people to take care of the administrative ends of thing couple  of peeps who answer the e-mail and look ad the order and the money flow easy and about the late payment i send them a email  about that a explaining why the the money was s received because a had a typo in the account nr the money came back an i had to resend it but like i said they did not answer to the support tickets and e-mails if they did i cud have still got my units and make a shit load of coins they kind of made miss the boat  with the mining landscape changed now its hole another
personally i think the people from batch one that did not receive there units sud be compensated in some way  A refund plus some hashing power  as a gift we batch one and 2 peeps are the crowd funders four avalon buy yourself some good will avalon

We went from the last to enter the ASIC mining market crowd-funded by the community to the first to shipping a consumer product in little over 4 month. Yeah, you're "Overwhelmed" but not willing to actually hire a staff that's capable of getting on top of things. You INSIST on being 'stuck' in neutral, and you're rolling back down the hill, gathering speed.

You've had the means, the opportunity, the time, etc, etc. You've made a conscious decision to neglect your duty to your customers and to your business. Your dereliction here is the sole determining factor of the downfall of Avalon.

Just remember, as this thing gets worse and worse and worse... This is what YOU CHOSE.

You need to answer your support tickets promptly.
You need to respond to your customers individually.
Your excuses are not acceptable given you have failed to properly communicate for many many months.

People need to avoid your products in future it is clear that your customer support infrastructure is ad hoc and inadequate for the needs of your customers.

If he waits until he has chips in hand, prices them to allow profit, and then demonstrates reliable shipping (seems like the tough part for him)... people are not going to turn down the profit potential.

The thing is... I don't think he is capable of following through consistently.  So eventually he will get bored with all the customer's requests and it will back to "normal".

As I'm sure you've tried to email or PM him multiple times, if I had to guess I think he just does a delete all on his inbox or just a cursory glance at it.

I'd love for him to dispute this. He *still* owes this community some better explanations then a John Woo movie plot (and I don't even have any Avalons on order & I still care). Some ref. designs being released don't exactly placate the masses waiting for their Av rigs.
