But .... is the site a scam or just the user you are mentioning? It does not seem clear by your post, at least for me.
i think the site pay, because the first post id from 2015 and now only this new user have write a scam accusation, but now have correct

the OP of that thread is clever creating a self moderated thread that way OP can delete those he dislikes
