Documents verification usually only takes minutes to be verified. Make sure the picture is clear before you upload it. I have a friend who just signed up there and verified his documents so fast. Maybe 10--15 minutes after he uploaded his documents.

Could you please give some tips on what and how to send? I've read plenty of horror stories and I will have - sooner or later - to do this enhanced verification since the basic has failed and my funds are stuck.
Also from what I've read only the ones that have enhanced verification can receive invitation to slack. And if this is indeed correct it's even more stupid.

So.. is driver's license okay? Or is ID better? And I also need a selfie? Any more tips?
I am from an EU country, so at least the country is not an issue.

I've passed the automatic verification, so I will share my tale:
They say it takes less than 10 min, it was like that.
I provided a fresh photo of my drivers license, photo made with my phone. And a fresh selfie.
The name in my account was like in the drivers license (just the middle name was missing).
It took me quite a lot to get to do it, I was afraid it will fail and I will end up with no answers. But it worked just like that.

Blocking some users without permission and their funds are stucked. I just don't know what's the update about that. Luckily, i pulled out all my funds there and jump into other exchange (binance) before they did that. Sad to say, they are not provided any contact numbers. You can only just contact them thru e-mail or on their social media channels. You have no other options but to wait for their response.

You are trying to make basic verification or enhanced? I have basic verified account there and I have verified that in just first attempt, it was automatic one.
If you haven't used different name than your real name during registration than your account should be verified automatically. Basic verification + 2FA activation gives 3 BTC daily withdrawal limit which is quite enough for me so I haven't tried their enhanced verification.

You don't have any other option than contacting bittrex support and wait for their reply, all centralized trading platform sucks...

Do you think scammers are always blatant in their scams? They have banned some countries including mine, But as governments always do whatever they want and no one has the power to stop them, They are like them. What would you call someone freezing your account and never give your money back to you? If you are owed $5 billion dollars and a government freezes them and uses them to support terrorists, What would you do? Support decentralized currencies such as bitcoin and let them die slowly by holding your bitcoins.

Please consider that OP seems a recently new on this kind of system of cryptocurrency and exchanges, so there's a huge chance that no one told him about this exchange site and seems bittrex will follow poloniex lol.

Imo, Poloniex didn't get this bad. Basing from the current situation poloniex is least worse than bittrex although both of them sucks-- i mean all exchanges is.

I verified my account long back and it was successful at first attempt not sure why your verification has failed.

You may want to try their slack channel to get answer faster then it is here - https://bittrex.slack.com/

After login there you can find their customer support channel then you can expect responses faster and good luck to you.

Long back? How long? Maybe it was when these shits ain't happening on bittrex yet. As of now Bittrex has probably received and still receiving tons of support tickets and their competent staffs are trying to review and solve these things as fast as they can thats why things are not properly reviewed. They're dropping any tickets which takes too much time.

@OP, The slack channel is a good idea but you might wanna read some tips about verification the internet like making sure every documents are neat e.g. clear shot, no typo's
Also support tickets should always be concise and easy to understant and should be followed by proofs e.g. screenshots etc.

that is why we always say "don't keep coins on exchanges, and don't invest what you can not afford to lose". all these centralized exchanges are untrustworthy. it has happened multiple times, they scam their users and get away with a lot of money. one of the reasons why i don't care much about my similar issue with bittrex is that i wasn't holding much there.

my guess is that they had some money troubles and saw the opportunity to seize a large number of accounts and their money. probably invested in something that tanked hard and they lost a lot of money.

I have just asked your advise. Maybe somebody had the same troubles and solved it. AND of course i opened again the ticket and still wait the answer for bittrex support team.

Too many same cases about id verification.
It's been few months since the last time I've withdrawn all of my funds out of this exchange,
And then verification issue started, hundreds accounts blocked or can't withdraw, it's funny when you find it so easy to deposit but hard to withdraw. That's why you have to verify all the documents which required, before deposit or send coins to Bittrex or any other exchanges.

There are too many issues are reports on bittrex this days, you can view on scam accusations on this forum here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and use the search function on that page and search this keyword "bittrex". People can't help you here IMO because there is no representative of bitrrex on this forum, so you have to wait their reply on your ticket.

That is why the rule #1 when you start trading says; dont even put all your funds in your exchange, doesnt matter how trusted it is, you can just lose your money at anytime.
And that is true, you are probably never going to recover that account, and of course, the funds, because bittrex is never going to reply your ticket, there are some people who have never been answered and they had opened tickets for more than six months.
It is the same than poloniex, they are not replying to support tickets.

Hello! More than 1 month ago i opened ticket and sent request to technical support team of Bittrex. My trouble is Bittrex don't verify my account due to that i can't withdraw my money. My first ticket was closed by technical support team and fixed status "solved". In fact i still have trouble with verification. Earlier they request send them photo of my documents and selfie. I did it few times. But now they don't request anything. They wrote "You have failed to automatically verify too many times. Your documents will need to be manually reviewed. Please contact our support desk. Manual review typically takes 7 days but could be longer based on demand". But it's keep going 1 month. Please help me to push Bittrex support team and solve my trouble.

Did they give any explanation as to why your documents couldn't be verified? Was there anything odd about those documents like very low resolution?
Maybe you live in one of the countries they banned. Is there really nothing that you could've done wrong here to make you fail the verification?
I had an account with them for some time and I haven't verified it. I have something called basic verification where I only gave them my name and address and yet i'm still able to trade and withdraw cryptocurrencies without problems.

No one here can help you. Bittrex are having a lot of troubles lately... They have blocked hundreds (if not thousands) of accounts recently due to being forced to stop serving customers from specific countries due to legal requirements.

As such, their support workload has increased massively with everyone creating support tickets. Wait times have been as long as 2 months looking at some posts. Read the Bittrex threads here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Unfortunately, all you can do is log your ticket and wait. Sad
